As the branches of the tree need to stay connected to the trunk in order to flourish so too we need to stay conncected to our God in order to live life to its fullest.

The installation is taking place during the week of May 14! We are still looking for voluteers to help run the system - contact the church office 586-7844 if you are interested.
The Lakeview Cherub Choir is to sing at Trinity Lutheran Church on Sunday May 27. In its 30 year of existence, this represents the first time the cherubs have contributed to worship in a church other than Lakeview United. Also, the Cherubs will sing their whole repertoire at College Park Retirement Residence on June 15, 4:30 to 4:50 p.m. Many thanks to the parents and grandparents for their help and support!

Sunday was "Singing the Gospel" and we did just that; the choir sang special gospel songs and we all sang the favorites.
The gospel reading was from John 15: 1-18 Jesus is the True Vine.
The Sacrament of Baptism was celebrated as we welcomed Andrew into the church family.
My prayer for you this week: "May you feel connected to the most Holy as you journey through this week".
