Open to ANYONE who wants clothes for their children. Whether you have two outfits or two truckloads to swap, you are welcome!
Here's how it works.
4:45 - 5:30 p.m. - Arrive at the Lakeview United Church gym with all your outgrown but good condition children's clothes and shoes. Volunteers will help you organize your contributions according to size on tables.
A pot luck dish with ingredients clearly marked can be dropped off at the food table.
5:30 p.m. - Pot Luck Dinner begins (late comers are still welcome to arrive and organize their clothes on tables).
6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Clothing Swap! Choose your new (used) clothes for your children. Take what you need no matter how much you brought. Even if you only have a couple outfits to swap you are welcome to leave with dozens!
Children are welcome! We will have some toys and colouring available for them to play with.
