Music is a vital part of worship at Lakeview United Church. We have three established choirs that regularly contribute to our worship services and two other music groups currently in development. New members are welcome to join any of the groups throughout the year.

Cherub Choir

Children aged 3-8 years learn about Jesus and God through the joy of singing together. The Cherub Choir meets every Friday from 4:30-5:30 p.m. and shares its music during one Sunday morning service of worship each month from October to May. They also take their music to seniors' residences. There are no fees, no uniforms, and no fund raising. Each family is supplied with a CD to help reinforce the learning between rehearsals. For more information, please contact Cherub Choir directors Margaret and Ron Hopkinson (306.586.5489) or visit their website.

*Note: Lakeview Cherub Choir commenced its 36th season on Friday Sep 15 at 4:30 p.m. Children are welcome to join at any time during the year but the fall is ideal to take advantage of the whole year's repertoire.
